Champion Campaign Automations and Updating

This describes all the automations and integrations built to support the Champion Campaign and how to update for a new member year

Step 1: Setting up the Champion Accounts

This is usually done between September and October to be ready for invoicing after the conference.

The automations are in the Make Folder: Novi Champion Account Reports

A Jotform is used to trigger the automations

Note - if the form is for creating an invoice, it will send the information straight onto that scenario.

Otherwise it will generate a renewal form in Knack, and create an email that can be sent to the member company

Make sure that the Airtable is updated with the latest dues and Grad Discount Years

The example below is for 2026 member year


Step 2: Generate Invoice

When everything is ready, the same Jotform is used to generate an invoice.

This will send the information onto the Make Scenario: Novi Champion Account Create Invoice

Annual Updates Required

Set the member year in the scenario (2nd module)

Set the expiry date in the scenario (3rd module)

Change the default expiry date in the JotForm


Step 3: Invoice is Paid

Once the invoice is paid it is picked up by the Join and Renewal lists and Processing scenarios. These process both individual and Champion Practice Renewals, and are discussed in another article.
